Refund and Returns Policy

At NeuroFix, we are committed to your satisfaction. Please read this Refund and Shipping Policy carefully before making a purchase on https://getneurofix.com. By ordering from us, you agree to the following terms.


1. Refunds & Returns

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which it was received.
  • It must be returned in the original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your return to the manufacturer.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food or supplements once opened)
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases
  • Health or personal care items that have been opened or used

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted at our discretion for:

  • Books or materials with visible wear
  • Opened media (CDs, DVDs, etc.)
  • Items not in original condition due to damage not caused by us
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

2. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed automatically
  • A credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund is delayed:

  1. Check your bank or credit card statement again.
  2. Contact your payment provider — posting delays may apply.
  3. Contact your bank for processing timelines.

3. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale items are final and non-refundable.


4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged upon arrival

5. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you:

  • You’ll receive a gift credit equal to the return value.

7. Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Standard estimated delivery times:

  • New Zealand: 2–5 business days
  • Australia: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–20 business days (depending on customs)

We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
